ALTAR'S RETURN & REFUND POLICY

In case you're not entirely satisfied with your order, ALTAR is here to assist.

RETURN & ECHANGE

If you are not happy with any item that you ordered or items are faulty or incorrect order made from ALTAR team, please contact us for your reason of return or exchange. Please keep in mind that you have 14 days to return from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - including all original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase attached to the parcel.

ALTAR is unable to accept returns without the original packaging and proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once the item is receive, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. ALTAR will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, ALTAR will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Depending on your card's issuer's policies.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COST

We will not cover the shipping costs unless the item are faulty or delivered incorrect size.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
